How Long Does God Really Want Me to Try?

The Holy Spirit has been working through me for many years and I really want to know how long, God really want me to try? How long does he want me to try to get Christians to think and understand Christianity? I'm doing the best that I can and as long as God is working through me, I will try to do better.

God put me here for a reason and my reason is to teach other Christians about Christianity. As long as the Holy Spirit will keep me alive, I will continue to do the best that I can and teach other Christians, how to study the Bible and where their religion actually came from.

If you're reading this article, your probably interested in Christianity and the Bible, if you do read the Bible, do you actually understand what it's saying. If you study the Bible, are you exposing yourself to others who also study the Bible, or are you only studying the Bible with people you know and are familiar with.

How long are you going to try, before you actually quit? Have you quit before and started again and maybe you've done this a few times, but you haven't quite yet. I know where you're coming from, I've been there myself and continue to motor ahead.

I would like to give you a word of advice, don't ever quit and don't ever give up. Keep searching and you will find the answers, keep knocking and doors will be opened. I have been knocking and will continue to keep knocking.

I wish you nothing but the best of luck on your journey towards the ultimate answers that we're all hoping to find.

When Do We Get to Meet God's Parents?

If God is the creator of the universe, who is the creator of God? When I was born, I had a mother and a father and supposedly the two of them together had created me. One could not have created me without the other and therefore I am a product of my parents. I know who my parents are and I even know who their parents are but who is God's parents and were we made in the images of our parents or creators.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth but before that, we know very little about God. Did he have brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, grandparents and even God parents. If he did have brothers and sisters, did they create worlds like he did or she did, we don't know whether God is a man or a woman, transvestite, homosexual or a combination of all of these. We really don't know what God is, even though Michelangelo painted him on the Sistine Chapel.

In the book of revelations it mentions, Revelation 22:13 "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End." God says that he is the first and the last, does this mean that there was no one or no entity before him. It goes back to the chicken and the egg, what was first the chicken or the egg, no one knows. Well god knows doesn't he. I don't know why I keep referring to God as a he but bear with me on this one.

I wonder if God was disciplined as a child or even if he was a child. Maybe God was born a full grown person or even a mysterious entity in the form of a smoky cloud. That couldn't be, because God made us in his image and I'm sure that his mother and father look like us. Well, hopefully they look better than us, maybe someone like Brad Pitt or Jennifer Aniston. I hope that he wasn't an ugly person or entity. That would be discouraging.

I guess that's enough of the humor, I rarely hear anyone talk about, who created God. If God formed out of nothingness, why couldn't our earth have formed from nothingness, without God. If God did have parents, brothers and sisters, have they created other universes and what is the purpose of their creations. Are we just one big experiment, part of a big science project?

Tell Me Why You Truly Believe in God

Is God the person that you pray to and every once in awhile, he sends someone down to earth, to answer your prayers, like a good parent. God is always taking care of you, whether you're driving down the freeway at 75 miles an hour, or walking through a park.

Do you really know why, you believe in God? I bet you, that you're starting to think about the question now. As children, we are taught to believe, that God is the ultimate protector of the world and is always looking out for us. This seems to bring us comfort, as we go through our daily lives.

Do you think that Hindu's, Muslim's or Christians, have similar beliefs in their god or gods? I have seen Hindus and Muslims that live pretty good life's. Why wouldn't these people be punished by the other gods or God? If I was the god of Jehovah and got mad at everyone who made false idols or worshiped other gods, why wouldn't I go out of my way to make their lives miserable?

It just doesn't make any sense, if you really spend the time, to think about it. If God is that powerful, why wouldn't he wiped out the opposition? Why wouldn't he be story their possessions?

Doesn't it say something like this in the Bible? God will make people's lives miserable if they don't follow him, yet I know plenty of people that are miserable and follow him. Are you really going to spend your life believing in your personal God, and never questioning his existence or even the origins of your religion.

Ask yourself one question, is God real and if so, how do you know that your right? Have you ever thought that someone else could be right and you could be wrong?

Where Did God Come From?

If you believe in certain religions, like Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism and even Buddhism, there's a good chance that you believe in some sort of God like being or cosmic force, especially the one that created our world that we live in today.

Where did God come from? What are we doing here? And where are we going, after we die. Some of these questions, are hard to answer and scientifically difficult to prove. There is very little evidence to prove, where God actually came from, what are we suppose to be doing here and where we are going to go, after we die.

If nobody knows where God came from, why are there so many religions, that believe in a God? Think about it for a moment, the Christian God, was the creator of the universe, and the creator of everything. Where's the proof? Why do people continue to study the Bible, and believe in a God, that they can't really even put their hands on?

If God is truly real, why wouldn't we have ever seen him? It doesn't make a lot of sense, to believe in imaginary beings, or invisible entities and pray to a God that we might not ever see or touch. It might not make a lot of sense, but if you ask serious religious followers, of these religions a question like, can you prove that there actually is a God, there's a good chance that these religious believers will reply, with a simple yes.

They have no proof, no evidence, and almost base their entire beliefs on faith, instead of facts. Rarely do they seek any evidence or even read their religious text, with a goal to understand what they're reading. Most of these people take everything that they learn, lock it away in their head, and never ask any serious questions about their religious beliefs, like these.

If there is a God, why wouldn't he show himself? If there is a God, why wouldn't he prove that he does exist, so that others wouldn't have to doubt his existence? Something to think about, on the days that you're not going to your place of worship.

The Emotional Freedom Technique - How Long Does it Take?

Two of the most asked questions I get with the Emotional Freedom Technique is, "How long does a session take?" and more importantly, "How long will it take to see some results?"

The first question is easy but the answer doesn'tprovide much in the way of useful information because you can control how long a session lasts. You can easily set a time limit and end your session when the clock says it's time to go. You should make sure you're at a good point when you do end. If you're in the middle of something big when the allotted time is up,you would be wise to keep going until you feel good. And if you are feeling goodand your session timestill has five minutes to go, I wouldn't start on anything else.

Even if you schedule yourselfa one minute EFTsession eachday, you're going to get some benefits.

The second question is really more important for most people. It's also impossible to answer because what seems simple on the outside may be a hornets nest when you get into it. On the other hand, what looks complicated may be easily and quickly resolved.

A person I worked with had a fear of heights. EFT usually produces quick results with fears, eliminating them in as little as five to ten minutes. This person took thirty minutes of tapping just to get her fear down to a point where she could climb on a step stool. With this person, eliminating one problem revealed a deeper layer of the problem and she had many layers.

Another client of mine had developed a resting heart rate of about 95 beats per minute. Her heart rate used to be normal which is around 72 bpm. She had been to numerous doctors and been given all sorts of drugs trying to lower back to where is should be. I taught her the tapping points and we did one "practice" round to make sure she knew how to word her affirmation and knew where and how to tap. Then we did a real round. We didn't even address any psychological aspects. We just tapped on the physical problem. After those two rounds, her pulse was 65 bpm. I knew EFT worked quickly but that result floored me. It amazed her even more.

I never would have guessed either the fear of heights would have taken so long or the heart rate problem would show results so immediately. It's simply impossible toestimate with any certainty how long it's going to take to fix a problem.

It's important to realize that in the world of EFT, considerations about treatment times are a bit skewed. In EFTworld, taking 30 minutes to completely resolve a fear of heights is considered slow. In the world of traditional psychotherapy, it's considered impossible.

Wealth Affirmations - Use Affirmations to Enhance Your Finances

Are you aware of how wealth affirmations work? There is no real difference from other affirmations on happiness, love, health or other subjects. What is really comes down to is what the subject of your affirmation is and what your expectancy level is surrounding the process. The idea of affirming something until it becomes true is not that foreign of a concept as you have probably done so many times already in your life but maybe called it something else. How They Work

Before we can get into a discussion of the subject we need to address how affirmations work. To put it simply we have one mind that has two phases to it. A conscious mind that we are aware of and a subconscious mind that we are not aware of but is always active as long as we are alive. The subconscious is responsible for the autonomous system of the body and controls things like beating your heart and breathing. Things that would be fatal if we FORGOT to think about at some point in time.

The idea of affirmations is to create a new habit of thinking in the subconscious that will replace an existing habit of thinking that is not to our liking. This is usually accomplished through making a suggestion repetitively with strong emotion. Once this makes it past the conscious mind it will start taking root in the subconscious. A god analogy is the effort required to plant a flower among weeds. You will have to maintain a conscious vigilance in cutting the weeds down while at the same time feeding the flower until it starts to branch it's own roots out. Of course habits of thinking control habits of action right? This is the power of affirmations.

But we also need to be a little realistic about the power of all of this. Repeating to yourself a thousand times a day just may enhance your ability to win a lottery but wouldn't a more judicious use of the time be to make sure you are becoming aware of the wealth producing ideas that are around us each day but we fail to act on because our minds aren't in the right state. In my opinion that is a much more effective use of wealth affirmations.

In short the process is really about getting you motivated to take action when you otherwise wouldn't have.
